Monies raised at this event will benefit Network for Endangered Sea Turtles (N.E.S.T.) to help with veterinary expenses at their rehabilitation center at the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island (NCARI). N.E.S.T. in partnership with NCARI is currently in the beginning stages of building an expanded rehabilitation facility called S.T.A.R. (Sea Turtle Assistance and Rehabilitation Center).
