The NEST All  terran vehicles (ATV) have been serviced and drivers trained. On May 1 the ATV patrols will begin their search for sea turtle nests on the Outer Banks. The newer vehicles of the NEST ATV fleet are red and not the familiar NEST ATV green. Why? The color red adds better visability of the ATV and Peggy, the fleet route coordinator likes red.
